This yoga retreat day is to honour the beautiful momentary balance of light and dark offered by the Autumn Equinox and to clear the body of stuck energy in preparation for the descend into winter. Autumn calls forward truth and wildness in our bodies, and this theme will be woven into the whole day. A retreat is permission to ‘vacate’ your ordinary consciousness and slip into the mystical part of your nature. We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday three-dimensional living. The day will consist of a vinyasa yoga class, mindful nature walk, beautiful fresh plant-based lunch, and a gentle yin yoga class to finish. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Expect sacred earthy aromas, entrancing music, crystal and oracle card altar, gorgeous poetry and sacred journaling. This yoga retreat day will enable you to slow down, re-sensitise to the teachings of the natural environment and your very own body, and re-connect to yourself and this extraordinarily beautiful planet.
