A retreat is permission to ‘vacate’ your ordinary consciousness and slip into the mystical part of your nature. We all need help to take ourselves away from everyday three-dimensional living. This yoga retreat day is to honour the Autumn Equinox and clear the way for new beginnings. The day will consist of a vinyasa yoga class, mindful nature walk, beautiful fresh plant-based lunch, exercises to help you let go of what no longer serves you, and a gentle yin yoga class to finish. The yoga classes are suitable for all levels. Expect sacred earthy scents, entrancing music, crystal healing, gorgeous poetry and sacred journalling. This yoga retreat day will enable you to slow down, re-sensitise to the natural environment, and re-connect to your roots.
